科研简介: 主要利用传统生理生态学以及先进的分子生物学、转录组学和基因组学等方法进行海洋浮游植物分子生态学、海洋菌藻互作以及海洋生态渔业方面的研究。主持国家自然科学基金面上和青年基金各1项、博士后面上项目1项、福州市市校(院所)科技合作项目1项,发表SCI论文十几篇,包括 Science, The ISME Journal, Environmental microbiology, Bioresource Technology, Frontiers in microbiology, 以及 Harmful Algae等。 |
